At Buff City Soap, we want you to love your handmade plant-based products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Due to the artisanal nature of our soaps, products must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Gather Your Receipt

  Locate your original order confirmation email or the printed receipt from your local Soap Makery to verify your purchase date and item details.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, or bring them directly to the store where they were purchased.

• 3.
  Submit Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email to receive a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label if returning by mail.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
